Overall it's nice hotel
Location is great 5 mins walk after got off airport bus Many restaurants in neighborhood not as crowded as in Namba or Umeda Convenient to get around other places by train
We specifically request for change of towels or empty the bin but same time they give us robes which we don't need, not so well organized what we requested

Nice and convenient stay
Very convenient location close to the station and konbini around. Easy to access and excellent customer services, very responsive and welcoming. The room was also comfortable, it’s worth it for the price so I recommend it.
I didn’t paid attention that I booked a smoking room and unfortunately the hotel was fully booked so we couldn’t exchange the room. So as a non smoker it was smelling the cigarette which was a bit unconfortable for us but it’s my mistake so I just recommend to paid attention when you book a room if you are a smoker or not.

Good location but just average services
The location is quite good. The nearest station is about 350m away, and the limousine bus station to kix airport is also 300m away. Family mart is right across the street, a grocery store and a 7/11 is about 100m away; a Don Quijote is about 350m away too. It takes about 2 train stops to go to Dotonbori, and about 1200y for taxi to Osaka Castle or Kuromon Market (or you can walk about 1.5km). There is a Kura Sushi next door and I was so happy because it was not crowded like those ones in Tokyo, so we could just walk in and eat right away. They have full amenities at the reception floor, and also the staffs are quite helpful.
The hotel looks big outside but the room itself is not so big. It stated that the room is about 18m2 but there is a big working desk and also a small chair/sofa that makes the room feel so stuffy. The breakfast is not worth it. It costs 1500y each, and you don’t have much selection on the buffet menu. You can feel quite disappointed because there only a few dishes, with very little potions. For example, they only displayed about 4 potions for each dishes, and it took awhile to refill, that makes the buffet looks empty sometimes. They have a big tour group on our first night stay there so the breakfast was quite empty for about 30min after they left, and we was not happy about that though we got informed by receptionist when we checked in.
